Dermatica is a tech start up in the skin space disrupting the health industry globally, offering custom treatments skin concerns. Using our newly developed creative strategy, I developed the art direction and designs for all social channels. All the images, colours and designs were carefully constructed to emulate the diversity of skin and science. It was important to represent the diversity of skin conditions, skin colours, ages and genders of the customers we treat on our channels.
I built a visual tone that speaks confidence and honesty across social media. The new imagery, active use of colours and typography are bold and authentic to the brand. The overall new art direction helped grow the brand, create awareness to new customers, drive sales and improve customer retention. We saw rapid growth of new followers (approximately 6,000 organic followers) and strong engagement on Instagram when we launched our new visual language within 2 months.
